Possibility of adding higher rain to more people

Hey Guys,

I was wondering whats the possibility of adding the ability to rain to more then 100 people?? It seems like when 100 is the max theres alot of ppl that miss out and if you rain say 5x 100 ppl some or many get it twice or even 5 times but lots miss out.... Is this a possibility to increase the max?

Or is there a reason its only 100 max?
