where is my deposit its been 24 days now still not credited nor did i get any response from support?

as u can understand from the title . its been 24 days since i made a huge deposit of 4500 inr here and till date i have not got it here nor the 7 days guaranteed credit which bc has set up have actually credited anything . All my submissions have been done properly all documents bank statements have been provided but till today i have not gotten any response on the 7 days guaranteed credit ( its been 17 days tbh since the submission for  7 days guaranteed credit thing now ) and u guys have limited the messaging to 5 messages on submissions so we cant even message to whats going on and live support is just ur AI thats always telling us ticket is being processed non sense so no point in that 

i want my money credited here or refunded back to me , i dont know what your 3rd party merchants are doing are they scamming ppl or what and they are not providing any proofs to us which creates more suspicion 

im posting my details here i want one of u guys to look into it and credit my deposit and i have seen u guys totally ignoring ppl from previous posts and not replying to them hopefully u guys dont do that here
